This machine used for welding chemical , food cans.With automatic roll forming and automatic weldering.
One Nitrogen gas protection device will be proved together with machines.
1,Weldering Arm : Dia 58 mm;Top welder roller Diameter 116 life time : 80,000,000 pcs .Down welderling roller Dia 62mm, life time :30,000,000 pcs. Z bar ( Cr12Mov) life time:800,000,000pcs.(This is calculated when can height be 200mm and with suitable water chiller, cutting ,copper wire ,raw material etc)
2, The flattening,transmission and cutting of copper wire are controlled seperately.
3,When change the speed of welder, The  roll forming will do the same changes automatically.
4,The weldering transformer with 80 KVA which can make sure the stability of weldering.
5,Top weldering roller, down weldering roll and welder transformer are chilled seperately.
6,Use Japan SMC air pneumatic valve.MITSUBISHI PLC ,frequency transformer.Schneider Brand of low voltage electrical part. Speed reducer motor are from Taiwan Chengang.The  machine use Japan SNK Bearing, key parts bearings are from Swiss SKF
